Alles goed in orde.

Jouw Wijnsma Beste Meetingselect, Overall was de ervaring met Hotel Casa goed, we werden goed geholpen door de medewerkers en waren flexibel met onze vragen en behoeftes. Ook de hulp bij het opzetten van de Karaoke was erg fijn. Wel was er een fout gemaakt bij de reservering, we hadden bevestiging gekregen dat we in de zaal Erasmus 1 zouden zitten maar dat was uiteindelijk niet het geval. Er werd aangegeven dat we in zaal Uva 2 zouden zitten, gelukkig kon die worden vergroot want anders was die zaal zeker te klein geweest voor de groep. Verder heb ik van meerdere collega's gehoord dat het eten bij het diner (en dan met name het vlees hoofdgerecht) niet goed was, het vlees was taai en daardoor niet lekker. Bar We held a venue for 150 people from 25 countries. The location of the hotel proved very convenient, the facilities were good to very good, service was friendly and prompt, and the meeting room with natural lighting was comfortable. The only less positive point was a rather long waiting time during lunch and coffee breaks - as it happened the other meetings rooms were also fully in use and the restaurant and coffeebar facilities could just about cope with these large group. Overall, we would certainly come back here for a next time - Casa offers very good "price to value".
